Submitting a consultation request or advanced configuration is an expression of interest only. It does not create a binding purchase, production commitment, or price quote unless we confirm that separately in writing (including email).

Rackets are made to order. Availability of shapes, materials, and finishes may change. Final specifications, pricing, lead times, shipping, and payment terms will be agreed during consultation or in a written order confirmation.

You confirm that information and images you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful. You grant us a limited licence to use submitted materials solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to design and produce your racket.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit spam, or upload malware.

Site content, branding, and product designs belonging to Racketscape remain our property (or our licensors'). You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding website content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racketscape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on form submissions. Liability related to any later purchase of a racket will be governed by the separate terms of that sale.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Racketscape principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
