Racketscape custom builds use 70% upfront to start production and 30% after you approve a video of the finished racket, before dispatch. Delivery is typically 30 days after you confirm the build. That structure funds a made-to-order racket and protects you from paying the balance on a frame you have not seen.
Shelf rackets are paid and taken the same day. Made-to-order is different. The racket does not exist until materials are cut and the mould is run. The payment schedule has to match that reality, without asking you to pay the full amount blind.

What 70% to start pays for
The deposit covers the start of a real build: face and frame materials, foam, labour, and the production slot. Until that money lands, nothing is allocated. That is normal for custom sports equipment.
Typical Racketscape ranges stay public: fiberglass PKR 28,000-40,000, carbon PKR 40,000-70,000. Your deposit is 70% of the agreed quote for your build.
What the video confirmation is for
Before the final 30% and before dispatch, you get a video of the finished racket. You check the look, the graphics, and that the build matches what you ordered. Only then do you clear the balance and we ship.
That is the protection. You are not wiring the last payment on a box you have never seen.
What 30 days after you confirm means
The clock starts when the build is confirmed (specs locked and deposit received), not when you first send a WhatsApp. Made-to-order is not same-day retail. If you need a racket for next Saturday, buy stock.
How to keep the process clean
- Use the build quiz or a short consult to lock shape, foam, and faces.
- Agree materials and a clear quote in PKR.
- Pay the 70% to start.
- Approve the video, pay the 30%, receive the racket.
